This page describes how the website processes the personal data of users accessing to it. DATA PROCESSOR
The processor of the data related to the identified or identifiable users who visited the website is UNAC, whose headquarters are based at Via Brisa, 3 20123 Milano (MI).

PREMISES OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations in connection with the services on this website are performed in the headquarters of the Data Processor only by UNAC staff, collaborators or members entrusted with data processing, or by such staff as should be appointed for maintenance operations. No information collected by the web service will be communicated or diffused. The personal data supplied by users during access to website services will be used for the sole purpose of supplying the service requested and will be communicated to third parties only when required in connection thereof.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
- Navigation data
The IT systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website will detect some personal information whose diffusion is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such details are not associated to directly identifiable users but they may by their own nature be processed and associated to information from third parties to disclose users’ identity.

These data include the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by the users to connect with the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the request time, the method used to submit a request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply to a request, the number code indicating the server’s reply status (completed, error, etc.) and some parameters concerning the users’ operating system and computing environment. These data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and of verifying its proper functioning. They are immediately cancelled after processing.
These data may be used to ascertain liability in case of cyber crimes perpetrated to the detriment of our website.

-Data deliberately provided by the users
Deliberately and explicitly forwarding emails to the addresses indicated in the different access channels of this website implies that the website acquires the sender/user’s email address and other personal information needed to reply to the requests. Specific notices will be sent or displayed on the pages of the website where special services can be requested.
Website users requesting services or making questions are invited not to disclose the names or other personal data of any third parties, unless it is strictly necessary.

Decree n. 196/2003, the natural or legal persons to which data are referred will have the right at any time to obtain confirmation whether their data exist, about their content and origin, as well as to verify that data are correct and to ask that they be integrated, updated or corrected. In compliance with the article mentioned above, the concerned parties will also have the right to require that their data be cancelled, anonymized or blocked in case of violation of the law, as well as to oppose to their processing for any legitimate reason. Any such requests will be filed with UNAC.
